Tuberculosis
During the year formal notifications (corrected)under the Public
Health (Tuberculosis) Regulations, 1952, were received in respect of
39 cases of respiratory tuberculosis and 3 non-respiratory as compared
with 38 respiratory cases for the previous year.
The following table gives details of the age and sex Incidence of
these cases

In addition to the above, Information was received of 32 other
cases by transfers from other areas, and one by death return from
Local Registrar.
There were 3 deaths during the year certified as being due to
tuberculosis.
