Demolition/Closing of Unfit Houses
Having regard to the effect of demolition upon adjoining property,
Closing Orders were made upon seven premises in accordance with
Section 17 of the Housing Act, 1957. in lieu of making Demolition
Orders.
Closing of Unfit parts of Buildings
Following official represention 32 Closing Orders were made
during the year under Section 18 of the Housing Act, 1957. prohibiting
the use for human habitation of the rooms concerned.
