Births.
The number of live births allocated to Camberwell after
adjustment for inward and outward transfers was 2,905,
comprising 1,450 males and 1,455 females. One hundred and
ninety-four of these births were illegitimate. Still births
numbered 70, representing 2.3 per cent, of the total births, an
increase of 0.4 per cent, on the previous year. The following
