VIII.- PROPAGANDA.
During the year 1940 lectures and demonstrations illustrated
by cinema films were given as follows: —

Since the beginning of the war the whole of the activities of
the Propaganda Section have been devoted to A.R.P. work.
Open air illustrated demonstrations have had to be abandoned,
and school lectures cannot take place under existing conditions.
Early in 1941 arrangements were made through the Bermondsey
Shelter Council for Film Shows to be given as a regular feature in
the Public Shelters during the winter evenings, and a report on
this will be given next year.
