The following are the infantile mortality rates for each of the Wards: —

| No. 4 (Central) | 57.7 |
| No. 5 (West End) | 102.4 |
| No. 6 (Kilburn) | 76.3 |
| No. 7 (Priory) | 79.3 |
The following table, which is issued by the Registrar-General,
shows the infantile mortality in each of the Metropolitan Boroughs
and in the County of London. It will be noted that the Hampstead
rate is a long way below that in any other borough.
