Six hundred and twenty four cases were notified, representing a case-rate of
1·77 per 1,000, as against a corrected average of 779, and a mean case-rate of 2·21
per 1,000 inhabitants.
The cases are, therefore, 155 below the average, and the case-rate 0.44 below
the mean of the nine years, 1891-9.
