after the Congress on Tuberculosis has held its meetings, as the public will then
have been awakened to the good results that may be expected to follow its
notification.

In the following return Islington occupies a very favourable position, for its infantile mortality rate is less than that of England and Wales, the 33 Great Towns and the 67 other Large Towns. It also bears a favourable comparison with the other places mentioned, especially with the six large towns.
