SERVICES FOR THE AREA.
1. (i.) Public Health Officers of the Authority.
The Public Health Officers of the Local Authorityare
enumerated at the commencement of my Report.
(ii.) (a) Laboratory Facilities.
The examination of pathological and bacteriological specimens is provided for at the Essex County Laboratories, Queen Victoria Street, London, E.C. 4, and during the year the following examinations have been undertaken :

application at any hour, day or night.
