Administration of the Milk (Special Designations Order), 1923.
At the end of the year, the following retailers were registered:—
One retailer to sell Certified Milk at or from one shop.
One „ „ Grade "A" (Pasteurised) Milk at or from one
shop.
Three retailers „ Grade "A" (Tuberculin Tested) Milk at three
shops.
Ten „ „ Pasteurised Milk at or from 20 shops.
Three retailers whose premises are outside the Borough to sell
Pasteurised Milk within the Borough.
Two retailers whose premises are outside the Borough to sell Grade
"A" (Tuberculin Tested) Milk within the Borough.
One retailer whose premises are outside the Borough to sell
Grade "A" (Pasteurised) Milk within the Borough.
