(b) Maternity Clinics. These are conducted at the Health Centre,
Harton Street, four Sessions per week being devoted to this purpose.
The service provided is designed to secure efficient ante-natal and postnatal
care. At present one of the Sessions is more or less set aside for
post-natal work.
Provision is made for X-Ray examination as an aid in the diagnosis
of obscure cases, 13 cases being thus dealt with.
The co-operation of the Medical Practitioners and of the Midwives
is sought and to them is forwarded the Report of the Medical Officer
upon any woman sent by them for examination.
Ante-Natal Clinic.
