The Ministry of Health was notified of the result of these
examinations.
Butter and Margarine.
417 samples of butter were submitted for analysis during
the year, and of these seven or 1.67 per cent. were reported
against.
24 samples of margarine were submitted for analysis and
all were reported genuine.
