ADVERTISING ON LAMP COLUMNS.

All the lamp columns are let for advertising purposes to Messrs. Heath, Limited,
of Manchester, for the sum of £200 for the first 800 lamps used, and 5/- per lamp
beyond that number, they are to paint the columns and brackets.
The character and sample of the advertisements is under the supervision of the
Lighting Committee.
