VESTRY RATES.
The total amount of assessment on the rateable property in the
parish, according to the rateable value, at March, 1866, was £303,022.

The following rates have been made by the Vestry for the year ending 25th March, 1866.

MAIN DRAINAGE RATE.
A Rate of 4d. in the pound was made by the Vestry on the 18th
day of April, 1865, to be collected in the four following quarters, in
equal proportions of 1d. each quarter, to pay the amount of the precept
issued by the Metropolitan Board of Works, for £4825 11s. 0d., being
the proportion to be paid by this Parish towards the yearly expenses of
the Board in regard to the Main Drainage of the Metropolis, to the
1st. of August, 1866.
The Main Drainage Account for the year ended on the 25th day
of March last, is as follows:—

A Precept has been received from the Metropolitan Board for the sum of
£4011 19s. 6d., being £862 3s. 4d. in excess of the amount required for last year,—
this precept is dated the 22nd. December, 1865, is due on the 24th June, 1866, and
is towards the General Expenses of the Board, for the year 1866.
The above sum of £4011 19s. 6d. will have to be paid from the Sewers Rates.
