Bakehouses.—The general condition of the 105 existing
Bakehouses in the Borough has been cleanly and sweet, and have
called for few comments on inspection—a fact probably due to the
advertisement given during the last few years to the subject by the
visiting of the underground Bakehouses by the Public Health
Committee.
Plans for a new Bakehouse for the Stratford Co-operative Society
were passed, also for a new Bakehouse in Hermit Road, and a new
oven fixed at 160, Boleyn Road.
