The whole of the above examinations were carried out by the Clinical
Research Association, London.
Diphtheria anti-toxic serum is issued to medical practitioners free of
charge.
A syringe, with a supply of anti-toxic serum, is placed at four different
points of the district for the immediate treatment, day or night, of diphtheria.
The Council has authorised the Schick test to be available for any
medical practitioner.
