Feeble minded.
Those children (24) who are provisionally classed as feebleminded
are quite ineducable by the ordinary methods, and I am of
opinion that before any case is given up as totally ineducable the
child ought to have a trial by special methods in a special school.

I believe the best way of dealing with these children is by educating them in a residential special school.
