31st January	Failing to abate a nuisance caused by a defective drain at 12a Church Lane.	The work having been completed at the time of hearing, the summons was withdrawn on payment of £2 8s. 0d. costs.
14th February	Failing to abate a nuisance caused by defective roof at 71, Plumbers Row.	The work having been completed at the time of hearing, the summons was withdrawn on payment of £2 5s. 0d. costs.
14th February	Failing to abate a nuisance caused by defective and dirty walls and ceilings at 14, Adler Street.	The work having been completed at the time of hearing, the summons was withdrawn on payment of £1 2s. 6d. costs.
