Previous to the Annual Licensing I inspected the Slaughterhouses
and Cowhouses, and found them in a satisfactory
condition.
I attended the Sessions House on the 7th October, when
licenses were granted to the applicants.
Bakehouses.
Twice during the year I inspected the Bakehouses. With
trifling exceptions they were in conformity with the Act of
Parliament.

Removals to the Mortuary.

In the year under notice ten bodies were removed to the Mortuary, inquests were held on each, and the following verdicts were returned:—

Heart Disease.Convulsions.Drowned.Fit.Fracture of Skull.Suicide.
