A Statement of Debts and Liabilities owing by the Vestry on the 25th clay of March, 1888.

Amount borrowed of the Metropolitan Board of Works, on the Mortgage of the Sewers, Metropolitan and General Rates, at per cent, per annum, the Interest on the Principal to be paid quarterly, as expressed by Deed,—That is to say, on the 1st day of January, the 1st day of April, the 1st day of July, and the 1st day of October, or within twenty-eight days thereafter, and the said Principal to be repaid by five equal Annual Instalments of £1,540, —The first Instalment becoming payable on the 1st day of April, 188G, and the like sum to be paid in each successive year, until the entire Principal shall have been discharged7,70000
