I hereby certify that I hare examined the foregoing Account, and find the name to be correct and
that the sum of Fifty-eight Thousand One Hundred and Twenty Pounds Twelve Shillings and Nine
Pence (£58120 12s 9d.) is available for the payment of Dividend on the Share capital of the
Company, mounting to the sum of One Million Four Hundred and Thirteen Thousand five Hundred
