ADULTERATION ACTS, 1875-1879.

From the following Report, it will be seen that the three Public Paying Closet used by 59,363 persons; and though there is no means of correctly ascertaining the numbers who have used the Free Closet, it is estimated that it has been use d war rds of 20,000 persons. The establishment of these conveniences continues to be a great benefit to the public, and a source of revenue to the V estry. They are ope 1 Public daily from 6 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
