secutive annual instalments of £200 each on the 31 st July, in each year, and interest
at the rate of £3 10s. per cent. per annum, by equal quarterly payments on 31st
January, 30th April, 31st July and 31st October in each year.
Charity Estates.
The Accounts of Messrs. Edmund Rumney Smith and Francis Thomas Talbot,
Churchwardens of the Parish of St. Mary, Rotherhithe, for the year 1887-8, have
been audited, and the following is a copy of the Charities' Account.
