Improvement works to sewers and street gulleys
have been carried out, viz.:—
The construction of four side entrances to
sewers for examining and unstopping drains,
cleansing, and other purposes.
The construction and reconstruction of sixtynine
gulley drains in streets, and repair of
thirty-seven others.
He-naming Streets and He numbering Houses.
The following Orders of the Metropolitan Board
of Works have been carried out in accordance with
the 87th section of the Act of 1862:—
