drains, fixing traps, cleansing, &c., have been executed
at a cost of £953: 5: 11. This amount includes the
sum of £378: 9: 7 received from Owners of Property,
for fixing traps at outlets of existing drains, constructing
Gulleys and laying drain pipes under Streets, and for
the examination of House drains.
In addition to the above-mentioned Works, two
hundred and thirty-six complaints have been attended
to, in reference to Sewers, Gulleys and Drains; of this
number, sixty-three were complaints of stoppages in
House drains, which were removed and the drains
relieved at the expense of the Applicants.
Re-naming Streets and Re-numbering Houses.

The following Orders of the Metropolitan Board of Works have been carried out in accordance with the 87th Section of the Act of 1862.
