During the first portion of the year Mr. It. Winnifrith supplied
horses, carts, and harness at 5s. per day, and Mr. J. Craker
for the remainder of the year, at 4s. per horse, cart, and harness
per day, the drivers and boys being employed by the Board.
No sub-divisions were made this year. The dust was given to
Messrs. Wootten, Craker, Hopper, and the Beckenham and Penge
Brickworks.
3,589 loads of dust were collected.
