NOTE.
In the foregoing Statement is included the sum of £1411 2s. 6d. cash at deposit as Sinking
Fund for Mortgages to Kent Office, contained in the Statement of Assets and Liabilities as submitted
to the Board by their Finance Committee (p. 5), and the sum of £515 3s. 6d. mentioned in the Note
to Schedule J (Part 1) to the same Statement (p. 16); and also a sum of £1000 temporarily borrowed
from the Treasurers in June, 1873. and repaid within a fortnight.
The difference between the Statements does not affect the Cash Balance at Lady-day, 1874.
