ZYMOTIC DISEASE.
The mortality from the principal Zymotic diseases includes
856 parishioners and 81 strangers, being an increase of 136
upon last year's figures. Deducting the number of the strangers
and adding the number of the deaths of parishioners who died
in the outlying institutions, the total number of Zymotic
deaths proper to Lambeth is 808.
This represents a Zymotic death rate of 8.9 per 1000, the
metropolitan rate for the same period being 3.0 per 1000.
Deaths belonging to each Ward of Lambeth, registered in the 52 weeks ending 31st December, 1888-continued.
