Bakehouses.—There are 68 bakehouses on the register,
of which 47 are underground. They were systematically
inspected and 4 notices served in respect of breaches of
the special requirements of bakehouses were complied
with.
Restaurant Kitchens, etc.—129 inspections of the
kitchens were made by your Inspector, Mrs. Davies, and
15 notices were served on account of defects observed.
Unsound Food.—The following articles examined at
the request of the owners, were condemned and destroyed:—
