TAR-PAVING.
The Vestry having ordered the footpaths on the King's Road
adjoining the Eelbrook Common and Parson's Green to be tar-paved, I
obtained the necessary apparatus and materials, and carried out the
work. It appears satisfactory, and forms a dry and agreeable pavement
where there is only a light foot traffic.
