AUDITORS' CERTIFICATE.
We hereby certify that we have carefully examined the accounts & books
of accounts of the Board of Works for the Fulham District, for the year ending
25th March, 1865, and have compared them with the vouchers, and find them
correct; we also certify to the correctness of the Abstract of Accounts,
together with the assets and liabilities of the several parishes.
We found a balance in favour of the Board, at the commencement of the
year, of £451 9s. 3d., and at the close of the audit we leave a balance of
£1276 14s. 10d., the liabilities of each parish being shewn in the abstract to
be published.
We find that the balances due from the Overseers of Hammersmith are
as follows:
On Lighting Precept 545 16 4
Local Sewers 856 0 0¼

And from the Overseers of Fulham as follows:
