In November, 1930, the several Standing Committees of the
Council were re-appointed, the members at the close of the period
under report being as follows :—
The Worshipful The Mayor (Alderman H. W. Smyth, J.P.)
is (ex-officio) a member of all Committees except the Assessment
Committee.
The Chairman of the Finance Committee (Councillor W. H.
Graham, J.P.) is a member of the Public Service and Establishment
