To the kindness of Dr. Knox I am indebted for these particulars.
The admissions were thirty-seven in excess of the previous year. The
cases were of a more severe character, as is shewn by the largo
decrease (270) in the number of discharges, and by the increase (8)
in the number of deaths. The births wore 15 in excess of last year,

The Medical Report of this Charity gives the following results:—
