£350—Balance of Mortgage of Rates for £7000, borrowed of the London Life Association in December, 1863, for defraying costs of construction
of New Sewers, and to be repaid by twenty equal annual instalments, with interest at the rate of £5 per cent, per annum, to be
reduced to £4 10s. per cent, per annum on payment of the instalments of principal and interest within thirty days after they
respectively become due.
£1500—Balance of Mortgage of Rates for £10,000, borrowed of the Corporation of the Royal Exchange Assurance in December, 1865, towards
defraying cost of Paving Footways of " Old Streets," and to be repaid by twenty equal annual instalments, with interest at £5 per
cent, per annum.
£2500—Balance of Mortgage of Rates for £10,000, borrowed of the Corporation of the Royal Exchange Assurance in July, 1867, towards

Carriageway of Green street, and the unpaved portion of the Carriageway of Bethnal Green road, and to be repaid by twenty equal
annual instalments, with interest at £5 per cent, per annum, to be reduced to £4 10s. percent, per annum on payment of the instalments
of principal and interest within thirty days after they respectively become due.
