Of the cases admitted to Hospital, 68 were Scarlet Fever, 27 Enteric,
and 14 Typhus ; and the remainder were suffering from diseases other
than Fever, such as Measles, Febricula, Pneumonia, etc.
The total deaths from the groups of Zymotic diseases were equal to
184.8 per thousand from all causes.
In the subjoined table is shewn the percentage of each of the total
number of Zymotic deaths including Hospital cases.

By the courtesy of Mr. Jebb, I now regularly receive the minutes
of the Asylums' Board ; and I note from the report of the London
Fields Ambulance Station that from the opening of the Establishment
on July 14th, 1881, to December 31st, 1882, (335 days), 275 patients
were removed from this parish:—
82 Small Pox cases to Atlas Ship.
136 Fever cases to Homerton.
33 Small Pox cases to Homerton.
16 Fever cases to Deptford.
6 Small Pox cases to Deptford.
1 Fever case to Stockwell.
1 Fever case to Fulham.
275 Total.
The approximate number of miles travelled by the ambulance in
order to remove these patients was 2,100.
