There has been a significant rise in the rate for illegitimate births
from 15.7 to 17.3 per 100 live births compared with a slight rise for
Greater London from 11.4 to 11.5.

CARE OF PREMATURE BABIES
When the transfer of a premature baby to hospital takes place, a special incubator is used to give warmth and oxygen to the baby while in transit.
