CONSTITUTIONAL DISEASES.

Cancer.—There were 327 deaths during 1932 due to malignant
disease. This is a decrease of 16 upon the number registered during
1931. The mortality.rate from malignant disease for last year was,
therefore, 1.52 per 1,000 inhabitants.
The following table gives the distribution of the deaths from this disease in the different Sub.districts of the Borough :—
