Two cases of cough, one of them having chronic bronchitis, were
greatly improved.
In two cases of sciatica, and one of rheumatism, the pain cleared
up after a few treatments.
Type of Lamp Used.—Kelvin, Bottomley and Baird Type " K"
Lamp, Mercury Vapour. Amperage: Starting, 4.5; Running, 2.7.
Series resistanc: 44 ohms. Direct current, 240 volts. Average cost
of current per hour:¾d

exclusive of overhead charges, but includes salaries of medical officer
and nurse, and deduction of payments made.
