than fourteen cases of indecent overcrowding, and thirty four
other instances in which the number of inhabitants was decidedly
in excess of that allowed by our Regulations.
I cannot conclude the report without expressing much
satisfaction with the manner in which my instructions have been
carried out by the Inspectors and Sub-Inspectors.
