There were 35 new cases notified during the year.

It will be seen from the foregoing table that 19 deaths were
registered as due to Tuberculosis, of which 16 were Pulmonary and 3
Non-Pulmonary. The figures correspond to a death rate per 1,000 of
population of 0.57 for Pulmonary Tuberculosis and 0.1 for NonPulmonary
Tuberculosis.
Of the 19 deaths which occurred, 3 were non-notified cases.
The following table, compiled from local records, shows the number
of new cases of Tuberculosis notified during the year, together with the
deaths at various age periods: —
