Diphtheria. There were 8 cases of Diphtheria during the
year. This is the lowest figure ever recorded. There was
unfortunately one death; this was in a child of ten who had
not been immunised.
Diphtheria Immunisation. The facilities for Diphtheria
Immunisation were continued as in previous years. The
numbers of persons immunised at the Clinics, in schools and
by private practitioners is shown in the appended Tables.
