Swimming Baths
The only swimming bath in the district is in the ownership of the
Council who acquired it in 1953. Since that time considerable modifications
have been effected for improving the hygienic standard both of the
premises and the bath water. User is carefully controlled and kept within
the capacity of the purification plant. Eight samples of the bath water
taken during the year all proved to be satisfactory.

Twenty-eight inspections were made, but no action was necessary.
