outstanding at the end of the year.
The 24 cases of overcrowding were abated during the year

The number of factories on the register increased by three to
99, of which 59 had mechancial power. Employees numbered
approximately 800 males and 1,100 females.
No formal notices were necessary, but four informal notices
under the Factories Act were served.
