Orthopœdic Clinic
Arrangements have been made with the Wilson Hospital,
Mitcham, for children in need of orthopaedic treatment to attend
the orthopaedic clinic of this hospital. Up to 4.7.48 23 (30) cases
were referred to this clinic, as compared with 33 cases in 1947.
Dental Treatment
The dental clinic for nursing and expectant mothers and
children under five years of age is held at Church Road each
week.
All ante-natal cases, including the cases booked for confinement
at the Woodlands Maternity Home, received dental
inspection, followed by treatment and dentures when necessary.
The arrangement made with the Surrey County Council for
the services of a County Dental Surgeon and dental attendant
have been most successful. The following table shows the work
