An X-Ray is taken in cases of doubtful presentation or of
suspected multiple pregnancy. 20 cases had an X-Ray during the
year.
One hundred and seventy-eight patients were found to have
some form of dental disease, every case of caries from a slight
degree to severe decay being included in this number. The
majority of patients attended their own dentist, a number were
referred to the dental clinic, and a small minority of cases went
to hospital.
Every case having a systolic blood pressure of 140 or over
is included under the term Hyperpiesis.
