PREVALENCE OF, AND CONTROL OVER, INFECTIOUS
AND OTHER DISEASES.
INFECTIOUS DISEASE NOTIFICATIONS.
The total number of certificates of notification received during
the year was 357, as compared with 293 last year.
Contacts, Suspects, Etc.
On 18 occasions during the year the Medical Officer of Health
was called in consultation by medical practitioners to see patients
in their own homes.
The sanitary inspectors have paid 729 visits to cases of
infectious disease; 294 were primary visits and 435 revisits.
