Factories Act, 1937: Section 7—Prosecution.
A prosecution was adjourned sine die by the Court when the
defendants submitted proposals for the provision of sanitary accommodation
so as to comply with the Sanitary Accommodation
Regulations, 1938.

on tho owners of 10 premises where home work is carried on.
