Disinfection.
A Public Cleansing Station is maintained by the Health
Department in Markfield Road, which includes a steam disinfector
for disinfection of clothing and bedding after infectious disease; and
additional facilities are provided for mothers and children at the
two principle Municipal Health Centres in Lordship Lane and Park
Lane, Tottenham.
