Other visits and re-visits include visits to hospital with swabs in connection
with suspected contagious disease; massage cases, complaints of neglect
and inspection of premises as to their suitability for nursing of children
after operation, and visits for assisted milk supply; visits to foster-mothers
and children registered under the Children Act, 1908, Part I, as amended
by the Children Act, 1932, Part V.
*Unsuccessful visits included in above total 2,980.
CHILDREN BETWEEN 1 AND 5 YEARS OF AGE.
Under the Notification of Births Acts.
It will be noted that visits were made to children between 1 and 5
years of age totalling 15,060.
