Tuberculosis of Lungs.
Diagnosis. A close study of the history of illness, clinical
examination and observation with sputum tests are the chief means
of establishing a diagnosis. X-Ray examination is not a routine
measure, but is reserved for certain cases presenting unusual
features. Fifty-five examinations were made either at the London
Hospital or by Dr. Leggatt, of Romford Road, Forest Gate.
