Informal Sample - Short Cut Macaroni.
An Italian paste made from wheat flour and artificial colouring and
described as 'Short Cut Macaroni'. The Public Analyst was of the
opinion that the description of the article was not appropriate and that
the two ingredients as set out in the form of a statement, did not
satisfy the requirements of the Labelling of Food Order, 1953.
The distributors of the article passed the observations of the Public
Analyst to the manufacturers in Israel.
